MOTION CM Watson to amend the Personnel System for Police Officer Class Positions to read that applicants for Sergeant "must be a Cheverly Police Officer III or IV OR A CHEVERLY POLICE OFFICER OF LESSER RANK AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND APPROVED BY THE TOWN ADMINISTRATOR." Seconded CM Oslik.
MOTION CM Hofmann to increase the line item amounts for mid-year budget adjustments in the amount of $42,789. Seconded CM Ford. Approved 5-0, CM Watson absent.
